HOW DO I SCHEDULE A RIDE? |
Wait! Before you schedule your ride, make sure you check with the prison to get on your loved one’s visitation list. (If applicable) We are not responsible for your inability to visit your loved one, only for getting you to the facility safely. Please review our Rider Rights and Responsibilities Agreement prior to booking.
We want to make sure everyone gets an opportunity to visit their loved one. That’s why we require that each vehicle is at capacity before we hit the road. Tickets are on a first come, first serve basis with limited seating so act fast and reserve now. Trips are available Fri - Sun between 6 am and 3 pm. *Trips must be scheduled at least 30 days before intended departure date. Tickets are non-refundable, transferrable and valid up to a year from the date of purchase. We accept cash, cashier’s check, money orders and Visa /MasterCard debit and credit.

After booking, bring your confirmation email with your Friends & Family Transportation ID to check in 20 minutes before departure time.

Prices vary based on destination and intended date of travel. We work hard to keep costs low, for us... and for you. Rates start as low as $60 round trip! We even have discounts for frequent riders and groups. Don’t forget to ask about our monthly specials and holiday deals. (Now scheduling for Thanksgiving!) Don’t see your prison on the list? Don’t worry. We are adding new routes everyday based on demand.
